Aye, fight and you may die. Run, and you'll live... at least a while. And dying in your beds, many years from now, would you be willin' to trade ALL the days, from this day to that, for one chance, just one chance, to come back here and tell our enemies that they may take our lives, but they'll never take... OUR MOJITOS! thanks Kyle!
I hate when movie adaptions of books stray so far from the original content. Because I read World War Z, and I don't remember the zombies hating dodge caravans this much.
So this photo of Michael Bay accompanied by some chick with am Amazing Ass has been creeping its way around the net. Turns out it's model (duh!) Lauren Stoner, and guess what, there are several galleries of her modeling photos still around.
Speaking of modeling, there are two portions of the United States Flag Code which address an interesting question, in regards to using the American Flag as clothing: The flag should never be used for advertising purposes in any manner whatsoever. It should not be embroidered on such articles as cushions or handkerchiefs and the like, printed or otherwise impressed on paper napkins or boxes or anything that is designed for temporary use and discard. Advertising signs should not be fastened to a staff or halyard from which the flag is flown and (j) No part of the flag should ever be used as a costume or athletic uniform. However, a flag patch may be affixed to the uniform of military personnel, firemen, policemen, and members of patriotic organizations. The flag represents a living country and is itself considered a living thing. And so when I see something like this, I get a little offended. But then I remind myself not to rush to judgement too quickly, because we are all patriotic in our own way.
The sun's UV radiation on our skin causes it to try to protect itself by producing melanin. This production of melanin in response to trauma from UV radiation appears as a tan. The skin also defends itself through thickening of the outer epidermis – keratin layer. Now we can understand the origins of the word tan – thickened and darkened skin - leather like. Also the effects and damages to the eyes from the UV radiation are well documented, wearing eyewear that offers some level of UV protection is important to prevent pterygium (tissue growth that can block vision), skin cancer around the eyes, and degeneration of the macula (the part of the retina where visual perception is most acute). All of these problems can be lessened with proper eye protection, because I can assure you that if your doctors sits you down to explain you have eye cancer, I can all but guarantee you're going to shit your pants right then and there.
Stefani Germanotta, more widely known by her stage name as Lady Gaga, has taken the music scene by storm with her pulsing dance hits and scantily clad body. Although there have been many rumors of her sexuality — and whether or not she has man parts — we can't ignore the fact that she can be downright sexy. Here are some of the most outlandish and sexually provocative costumes Lady Gaga has worn. Of her unusual wardrobe, she says, 'I'm inspired by the moonlight, sex and pornography and slasher films.'
I call applesauce for two reasons. First, no Marine worth his Eagle, Globe and Anchor would leave an American flag -- or a Marine flag, for that matter -- in harms way knowing the wildfires were approaching. Secondly, as you can see how much smoke is put off by even a small portion of the Texas wildfire, had they been up for something so intense as a house fire, both flags would be noticably darker with soot. I suspect the flags were raised first thing upon the Marine's return to his home. I appreciate the sentiment, though.
Imogen Thomas' name has been getting plenty of publicity after she was identified as the woman who had an affair with a footballer whose name could not be released in England due to a court injunction. Thankfully, we aren't in England, therefore, we can tell you that Manchester United's Ryan Giggs is the lucky man who bedded this reality star/glamor (and sometimes topless) model. Giggs is a married man and has come under plenty of fire after obtaining a court injunction to have his name omitted from the tabloids in England in relation to the affair, but that hasn't stopped the rest of the world from unveiling his identity. And for those of you who are wondering how Giggs could do such a thing and cheat on his wife, these images of Imogen Thomas should provide you with somewhat of an explanation to that question.
