Guess which one freaks me out less: Breast implant emplacement is performed with several types of surgical incisions. The two most popular are inframammary — an incision made to the infra-mammary fold (IMF), which affords maximal access for precise dissection of the tissues and emplacement of the breast implants. It is the preferred surgical technique for emplacing silicone-gel implants, because it better exposes the breast tissue–pectoralis muscle interface. And secondly, periareolar — a border-line incision along the periphery of the areola, which provides an optimal approach when adjustments to the IMF position are required, or when a mastopexy (breast lift) is included to the primary mammoplasty procedure. Aesthetically, because the scars are at the areola’s border, they usually are less visible than the IMF-incision scars of women with light-pigment areolae; when compared to cutaneous-incision scars, the modified epithelia of the areolae are less prone to raised scars.
Welcome to the 4th annual Hottest Women of Radio. The first two years we looked at virtually every station in America to create a list, but since 2011 they have relied partially on a nomination system where listeners nominate their favorite female radio djs. The response has been overwhelming, with tens of thousands of total nominations that nominated well over 200 different women of radio. This is easily one of the most popular pieces I link every year, with the 2011 list having been viewed over a million times since release.
Everyone communicates, but learning how to communicate effectively requires skill. In order to become successful in business (or any aspect of life), it is important to develop proper communication skills. For some people, communicating is easy. Some have a natural flair for communicating and a strong sense of confidence or charisma that endears them to others. Opening up in order to learn about another person takes very little effort.
Nicole Prescovia Elikolani Valiente Scherzinger, famously known as Nicole Scherzinger, is an American singer, songwriter, dancer, choreographer, record producer, model, television personality and actress. Scherzinger is well known as the lead singer of the Pussycat Dolls. Over the past five years, Scherzinger has been ranked in Maxim's Hot 100: in 2008 she ranked at number 19 along with the Pussycat Dolls. In 2009 she ranked at number 49, in 2010 at number 24, and last year in 2011 -- a year that she kinda-sorta went topless for GQ magazine -- Scherzinger was ranked at 51. This year she celebrated her 33rd birthday in Las Vegas without me.
I've often written about the never-ending source of amazing that Twitter is. Politicians, professional athletes, actors, musicians and even regular losers (like us) are constantly over-sharing the details and digital photographs of their private lives. Well, guess what! Smoking hot cheerleaders at both the professional and collegiate levels are doing the exact same thing. Whether you love cheerleaders, hate cheerleaders or love to hate cheerleaders—there's no doubt that this fact interests you, at least a little. It would have taken you days to find all the sexiest cheerleader photos floating around on Twitter yourself. Besides me, who has that kind of time on their hands? Well that's why, as always, I've done all the leg work for you. You're welcome.
Awww look, another angel earned her wings.
While I personally thought it was a great (and yes, ambitious idea), let's watch Neil DeGrasse Tyson explain why Newt Gingrich'a moon colony idea is more or less bullshit.
The Boondock Saints is a 1999 action film written and directed by Troy Duffy. The film stars Sean Patrick Flanery and Norman Reedus as Irish fraternal twins, Connor and Murphy McManus, who become vigilantes after killing two members of the Russian Mafia in self-defense. After both experience an epiphany, the brothers, together with their friend, set out to rid their home city of Boston, Massachusetts of crime and evil; all the while being pursued by FBI Special Agent Paul Smecker. Duffy indicates that the screenplay was inspired by personal experience, while living in Los Angeles. Initially regarded as one of the hottest scripts in Hollywood, the movie had a troubled production and was finally given a limited theatrical release of only five theaters for one week, and was met with poor critical reviews; but the film has grossed about $50 million in domestic video sales and ultimately developed a large cult following. After numerous delays, Troy Duffy shot a sequel, entitled All Saints Day, in which the Irish vigilante brothers return to continue their run of vengeance. It was released October 30, 2009, and was a complete and utter yawnfest.
