Peter Hayden Dinklage is an American actor born in Morristown, New Jersey, the son of John Carl, a retired insurance salesman, and Diane Dinklage, an elementary school music teacher. Dinklage was born with achondroplasia, a common form of dwarfism. Dinklage graduated from Delbarton School in 1987, and Bennington College in 1991. Since 2011, he has played Tyrion Lannister [season 1, season 2, season 3, season 4] in the HBO series Game of Thrones, which earned him the Emmy and the Golden Globe Award for Supporting Actor in 2011. Dinklage ended his acceptance speech with a mention of the name Martin Henderson, and the suggestion to 'Google him'. Hopefully, Dinklage will somehow find his way into The Avenger series, alongside Robert Downey Jr and Scarlett Johansson. Also, Knights of Badassdom was fucking awesome, too.
A parapet is a barrier which is an extension of the wall at the edge of a roof, terrace, balcony, walkway or other structure. Where extending above a roof, it may simply be the portion of an exterior wall that continues above the line of the roof surface, or may be a continuation of a vertical feature beneath the roof such as a fire wall or party wall. Parapets were originally used to defend buildings from military attack, but today they are primarily used as guard rails and to prevent the spread of fires.
The heyday of the old-fashioned American diner was long ago, but there are plenty of establishments that are carrying on the tradition in today's world (some of them even have WiFi). Here are nine of the best, all with the requisite giant menus and kitschy decor. If you're planning a summer cross-country trip of some kind, you could do worse than try to hit up some of these during your travels.
Governments around the world have passed measures to phase out incandescent light bulbs for general lighting in favor of more energy-efficient lighting alternatives. Phase-out regulations effectively ban the manufacture, importation or sale of current incandescent light bulbs for general lighting. Brazil and Venezuela started the controversial phase-out in 2005, and the European Union, Switzerland, and Australia started to phase them out in 2009. Likewise, other nations are implementing new energy standards or have scheduled phase-outs: Argentina, and Russia in 2012, and the United States, Canada, Mexico, Malaysia and South Korea in 2014. So replacing this bulb is going to prove very difficult.
Hey Ernie, Pretty sure the South beach pic is btw 21st & 22nd on the east side of Collins Ave. Kind of hard to see it on Google Street View, but you can kind of make out the South Beach sign behind the 30 mph sign. Tim [screen grab]
Hey Ernie, I feel much safer after watching the Boys Beware video and how to protect myself from the homosexual. Did you know they did a remake in color in 1971 but used the same music and narration for an extra creepy factor. The second pervert is a Mustang driver. I grew up out there at the time and it was cool seeing everything like it was, minus the homosexuals. Regards, Eric
Okay, what the fuck is growing in this bush? I can't tell if it's some curved fruit, or gigantic silkworms?
Markie “Lil Train” Henderson may be 5'3" and weigh only 120 pounds, but the Las Vegas Sin running back isn't afraid to take on a defender. Lingerie Football League Chicago Bliss cornerback Dominique Collins (5'5", 135 pounds) learned that the hard way as Lil Train loweres her shoulder and absolutely destroys Collins on her way to a touchdown.
A chuppah is a canopy under which a Jewish couple stands during their wedding ceremony. It consists of a cloth or sheet, sometimes a tallit, stretched or supported over four poles, or sometimes manually held up by attendants to the ceremony. A chuppah symbolizes the home that the couple will build together. While a Jewish marriage is still considered valid in the absence of a chuppah, a chuppah is still considered a basic requirement for a Jewish wedding.
The TSA is bitching and crying about a surge in a new, unusual harder-to-detect weapon: credit card knives. They look like a thick credit card but becomes a knife with a steel blade once the blade is folded out. The remaining section of the card snaps together in the shape of a handle. They claim to have confiscated over 530 credit card knives at 68 different airports. Why so many of them? They're cheap and plentiful: they only cost $2.24 shipped.
the guy in the ship video thinks its some for of fishing boat factory ship. it is infact a tanker which carries motor spirit, gas oil, kerosene. it usually works the east coast of england loading at the immingham oil terminal where i work. So i am often on board this ship. Also though entering port in the video, when its a tight fit it actually helps the ship. because the water flowing down each side of the ship in the lock gates help it keep central in the lock . The interaction from both sides trying to pull the ship sidewards is equal so the ship stays in the middle. Roger
Super Mario Brothers is a 1985 platform video game internally developed by Nintendo EAD and published by Nintendo as a pseudo-sequel to the 1983 game Mario Brothers. The game has been highly influential, popularizing the side-scrolling genre. In 2005, IGN's poll named it as The Greatest Game Of All Time. The game also sold enormously well, and was the best-selling game of all time for approximately three decades, until Wii Sports took that title. Nearly 30 years after it's launch, the original Super Mario Brothers continues to be the focus of a lot of attention, especially among the speedrunning community. Speedrunner Blubbler has set a new world record of 4:57.69, beating the previous record of 4:58.09 by mere fractions of a second.
A uterine fibroid is a leiomyoma that originates from the smooth muscle layer of the uterus. Fibroids are often multiple and if the uterus contains too many leiomyomata to count, it is referred to as diffuse uterine leiomyomatosis. The malignant version of a fibroid is extremely uncommon and termed a leiomyosarcoma. Fibroids are the most common benign tumors in females and typically found during the middle and later reproductive years. While most fibroids are asymptomatic, they can grow and cause heavy and painful menstruation, painful sexual intercourse, and urinary frequency and urgency. In the United States, symptoms caused by uterine fibroids are a very frequent indication for hysterectomy. And for the boys? Three words you never want to hear strung together: Huge. Groin. Abscess.
