Alien: Isolation is an upcoming first-person survival horror stealth game developed by The Creative Assembly and published by Sega, part of the Alien franchise. The game is set in 2137, 15 years after the events of Alien, and follows Amanda, who is investigating the disappearance of her mother Ellen Ripley. A cast reunion from the original movie is happening despite the fact that Alien: Isolation takes place largely 15 years after the events of the original movie, with protagonist Amanda Ripley -- the daughter of Ellen Ripley -- the hero played in the movie (and the game) by Sigourney Weaver; who is aging rather gracefully, by the way. But the game will also feature cutscenes and side-missions that star the original cast – not just Weaver but Tom Skerritt, Yaphet Kotto, Veronica Cartwright, and Harry Dean Stanton.
