Established in 1962, Bacofoil is the UK's leading brand covering a range of products in food preparation, storage and waste management—all high-quality products that aim to solve your everyday problems around the home. The great news is that having had a brief spell of ownership outside the UK, Bacofoil is now owned by British manufacturing company Wrap Film Systems Limited, based in Telford, UK. And that means the nation's favourite aluminium foil, Bacofoil, is firmly back in British hands, and being made in the UK.
The Bernese Mountain Dog, called in German the Berner Sennenhund, is a large-sized breed of dog, one of the four breeds of Sennenhund-type dogs from the Swiss Alps. The name Sennenhund is derived from the German Senne and Hund, as they accompanied the alpine herders and dairymen called Senn. Berner refers to the area of the breed's origin, in the canton of Bern in Switzerland. Like the other Sennenhunde, the Bernese mountain dog is a large, heavy dog with a distinctive tri-colored coat, black with white chest and rust colored markings above eyes, sides of mouth, front of legs, and a small amount around the white chest. An ideal of a perfectly marked individual gives the impression of a white horseshoe shape around the nose and a white “Swiss cross” on the chest, when viewed from the front.
You want some LOLz? Here's a video of Call of Duty warriors forced to wear some real military combat gear and complete simulated missions. At least the guy who says he's not deserving to wear the uniform is being honest. Keep that in mind the next time you're watching the new Call of Duty: Black ops storyline, ya n00bs.
First challenge: show me where these boats are about to depart.
And obama wants an Assault Weapons Ban...how about banning gov from assault ships to be used against the citiznery. "Among the weapons purchased are guns, body armor, camouflage equipment, unmanned aircraft, amphibious assault ships, radar and night-vision gear and other military-style weaponry and surveillance activities, according to a new report by the watchdog group Open the Books." Jon
Looks like there is a glimmer of hope that the CMP may be able to sell some gov. surplus 1911A1s. The House & Senate signed off on it but it still needs to be signed off by the president. Somehow I don't see that happening, even if it is buried in the bill funding the military. Reminded me of a picture I had seen once; think I got it from you! Glad I bought an old 1911 about 20 years ago when I had the chance! Mike
Personally, I think Obama will literally eat his own dick before he allows that to happen, same thing as the M1 Garands from Korea. But either way, I will stock up on a little .45ACP just in case.
Geodes are geological secondary structures which occur in certain sedimentary and volcanic rocks. They are themselves of sedimentary origin formed by chemical precipitation. Geodes are essentially hollow, vaguely spheroid to oblate masses of mineral matter that form via either of two processes: by the filling of vesicles in volcanic to sub-volcanic rocks by minerals deposited from hydrothermal fluids; or by the dissolution of sedimentary nodules or concretions and partial filling by the same or other minerals precipitated from diagenetic water, groundwater or hydrothermal fluids. Geodes commonly have a cryptocrystalline quartz shell lined internally by various minerals, often as crystals, particularly calcite, pyrite, kaolinite, sphalerite, millerite, barite, celestite, dolomite, limonite, smithsonite, opal, chalcedony and macrocrystalline quartz, which is by far the most common and abundant mineral found in geodes.
Second challenge: show me where I can rent (buy?) these power tools.
Earl Grey tea is a tea blend with a distinctive citrus flavor and aroma derived from the addition of oil extracted from the rind of the bergamot orange, a fragrant citrus fruit. Earl Grey tea is used as a flavoring for many types of cakes and confectionery, such as chocolates, as well as savory sauces. For sauces, the flavor is normally created by adding tea bags to the basic stock, boiling for a few minutes and then discarding the bags. For sweet recipes, loose Earl Grey tea is often added to melted butter or hot cream and strained after the flavur is infused.
