"A guy in Sweden that I know sent me these phots. Happened today at shooting ranch, not my gun. Nobody got hurt. Maybe a double powder charge, (not possible, words by the owner) in this spagetti COLT clone .44-40win Load 7,3gr VW320 , and double 14,6gr ?? Itīs the midle chamber of the 3 where fired cartridge was, blowed hole in the nightbore cartridges. Twisted the cylinder at the same time cylinder part hit the frame. I didnīt got the blown moment at a photo, I was 15 meter away. Good that no one was standing to the shooters left. House wall, 2meter away was hitted by fragments of cases and the mainpiece of cylinder. What a power it has been there...... JIM"
