I wasn't feeling good the other day so I went to the doc, and he poked and prodded and found this lump in my left side and said it was a "spigelian hernia", which according to him is fairly rare, about 1,000 cases a year in the USA. None of the surgical staff besides him had ever heard of it, and the surgical nurse told me she had to google it to find out it he made it up or not. Anywy, without further ado, I present you my spigelian hernia, in and out of my body. Kinda looks like a chicken finger, huh? Steven
