I just read your on-line tips website regarding speeding tickets. I was absolutely appalled by what you had to say. I realize you are speaking from experience, and you have interjected your opinion in several cases, but I must say, none of these apply to me, and many others like me. I'm an immigrant from the middle east, and since the September 11th tragedy, I've had nothing but shit thrown at me by the law, both enforcement and judiciary. Yes I've been speeding in some instances, but nothing that would render me a maniac on wheels.

First of all, I think speeding laws ARE designed to generate revenues for the police force. This is a great way for police force to continue without federal or state funding. This way that budget can be allocated to other murderous/controlling/imperialistic goal achieving uses such as the military.

Once I was pulled over in a two-way street, by an officer in stationary radar unit. I was following traffic at the same speed as everyone else, in a no passing zone. I was not gaining on the car in front of me. The cop stands in the middle of the road and signals me to pull over, so I did. He asks how fast I was going, and I told him I don't know because I didn't look down at the speedometer since I didn't need to; I was going the speed of the traffic. He gives me a ticket anyway. I went to court to make my case that I was going the speed of the traffic, so I got fucked in the ass by the judge as well. I appealed, and the appeal court judge fucked me in the ass too.

I was involved in an accident with an out of state driver. The other car cut into my lane and made a right turn from the center lane. I hit her in the side of her rear bumper. There were no witnesses (by the way, the other driver was a white female). The bitch cop (also a white female) arrived, heard both of our stories, and issued ME a fucking ticket. I was furious. I maintained composure and I told her that I do not agree with this. She said "too bad, just come to court and the process will deal with it." So I'm thinking to myself that I'm gonna get fucked again by this fucking white trash driven process and I have no chance being a middle eastern and all. I knew that the other driver had just moved to Seattle, and wouldn't show up at my case. And luckily enough she didn't show up to court so the case was dismissed. By the way, the judge was a white female as well. I got off lucky, because no matter how innocent I was, my judgement had already been made way before I entered that courtroom.

I just want to say this. Pretty much all of what you've written, whether true or not, is bullshit. You're kissing up to the cops, and joining their fucking gang. After reading the replies from the officers, it's apparent that you've accomplished this. And one thing that upsets me the most is the fact that you advertise that military people can get of out tickets, because they're in the US military. That is fucking bullshit. I have to work like a fucking slave every fucking miserable day of my life, so that the dumb fucks who have 1/3 of my IQ, get to coast through life on my tax dollars? That's fucking bullshit. I pay these assholes and bitches to die for me. Not to fucking get out of speeding tickets, and drain my wallet to make their lives easier. And to top it off, these fuckers are constantly instructed by fascist Republican regimes to kill innocent people in the middle east, and help the Jews exercise the ! same atrocities on the Palestinians as the Nazi's performed on them.

No way. This is absurd. And I will walk this earth, informing all to not buy your bullshit. Fuck the cops and fuck the military. For as long as trashy humans walk the face of this earth, NO ONE can objectively uphold the law. And during this time, honest, free spirited people get screwed.

I was pulled over because I was middle eastern three times. The one time that I was pulled over for almost reckless driving was probably the only time that I was truly a hazard. Cops are %90 assholes, and that is my experience. If you're not a white trash, lower middle class, jar head, you have no chance of getting out of a ticket.

The only solution is to make a 4 year Bachelor's degree, with concentration on Humanities a requirement to becoming a police officer. Only then will the police force have enough integrity to uphold something as sacred as the law, without prejudice, on a leveled playing field. And I also believe that radar should be outlawed. If the law wants to accuse its people of wrongdoing, then the law needs to make an effort to do so. Otherwise, the law is corrupted and abused.

Sir please be advised that I am typing with one hand and masturbating with the other. I'll let you imagine which hand is where.

If I understand your curdled ideas correctly, you feel that you (and assumably others of Middle Eastern descent) are being unfairly punished by our police and judiciary systems. To support your claim, you offer three examples of your driving experience: speeding, an accident, and reckless driving. I see. Let us take a closer look at these examples you offered some details on.

First, you admit to operating your vehicle at an unknown speed, and then protesting when you are pulled over for speeding. Not because you actually were speeding mind you, but because a cop -- presumably posessing telescopic x-ray vision -- is observing moving cars a quarter mile down the road, and from that far away can tell the driver in Mystery Car #4 if of Middle Eastern descent. Obviously he chose to pull you over because of your ethnicity, not because you were travelling too close to the car ahead of you, or perhaps had a headlight out, were missing a front licence plate, or untold possibilities of other visible infraction. Or I dunno, maybe you were just fucking speeding.

Secondly, while most other minorities fight back against oppression by The White Man, you choose to take the road less travelled and rise up against The White Woman. Kudos to you on your originality, sir. As I will freely admit to not having seen this accident firsthand and can therefore not offer testimony as to whom was truly at fault, I can point out that you admit to striking her car at the rear bumper, meaning she was in front of you. Now I don't know what Oppressive State you live in, but here in Massachusetts you would be at fault because of an accident resulting in a rear impact. Again, I'm sure when this law was forges umpteen years ago, it was done so not to lay blame against unsafe driver, but specifically to oppress you Mr. Middle Eastern driver. I would further venture to guess this law was suggested, written, and passed by White Women.

But regardless, because what I've written is bullshit, whether it's true or not. Hmmm, "true bullshit". Must be a Middle Eastern thing, yes?

I would also like to address your accusation that I my speeding ticket article was an attempt to solicit favor from The (Police) Man. Specifically by pointing out that the only reason one would suck up to someone would be with the expectation of getting something in return, much like your mother coveted the last $5 of a drunken Turkish sailor. Just what am I going to get out of this, you ballonhead? Do you think I print the fucking article out and carry it with me, so when I get pulled over I can whip it out like a business card of the Police Chief? "Oh jeez, Mr Stewart, I didn't know you wrote *that* article. Please be on your way, and drive as fast as you like! I'll just be back here in my car waiting for the next Middle Eastern guy to come driving along."

No I am inclined to believe that real reason you get pulled over and why the powers-that-be never seems to side with you is, well, you sir are just a dumb shit.
